Our bagel dough is made daily at our store in Acton, proofed overnight, then water boiled and baked on brick the next day by our baker. Our bagels are baked fresh each day and we use only the best quality ingredients. Although our method of baking is labor intensive and expensive, it is certainly worth it and has resulted in our winning many awards over the years.
