William Hill 'Coastal Selection' Wine Tasting

William Hill has been in the business of winemaking for quite sometime, so much so that his name is synonymous with quality. However, there was one area of the business the winery was unable to manage, and that was demand. William Hill was unable to keep up with demand when trying to maintain the quality that www all know them for. So what did they do? They released a new line of wine known as "Coastal Selection." The William Hill Coastal Selection comes in three varietals: Chard, Cab Sauv and Mer, and although the the price is very sharp ($14.99 per bottle), the quality is even sharper. These wines boast balance and finesse that very few wines can achieve for under $20. But you don't have to take my word, you can try the wines yourself on Saturday, February 8 from 2-5pm. This is the first of many tastings for this brand, and based on what I tried, we can expect it to be around for quite some time.
