Siena Farms will be guiding us from Winter into Springtime. It’s time to get our winter storage vegetables cooked up and eaten. Using a spiralizer and mandoline, we will transform parsnips, carrots, squash, beets, and more into interesting and new forms. Drop in for a demonstration, try a sample, and learn recipes and techniques.
