Helen Chen will teach Master Stir-Fry Sauces as she prepares, Mandarin Orange Shrimp with Snow Peas, Stir Fry Noodles with Beef and Chinese Kale, Chicken with Cashew Nuts, and Five Spice Tofu with Assorted Vegetables. The daughter of Joyce Chen, and widely acknowledged in the United States as an expert on Chinese cooking, Helen brings the best of both worlds in her approach to the art of Asian cuisine. She understands the needs of the American cook as only a native can, yet she is intimately knowledgeable about the culinary practices and philosophies of Asia. $50.00 per student.
