New Date: Fresh homemade pasta! Learn to make pasta dough, roll it, cut it, and fill it to create linguine, ravioli and tortellini. We will make a simple and delicious tomato sauce for the linguine. Spinach and ricotta filled ravioli satisfy everyone with butter and freshly grated parmigiano reggiano. Get some hands on experience with filling and folding tortellini to be served in brodo. The menu will include: Linguine with tomato sauce, spinach and ricotta filled ravioli with butter and parmigiano reggiano, and Italian meat filled tortellini in brodo (beef broth).
