Chef Mark Valentine will create a summer dinner with locally sourced produce. Continuing with his series of French dinners, Chef will demonstrate fresh pea soup, wild Pacific salmon, and a native strawberry salad. Learn valuable information about the ingredients that are used in class. Mark shares his knowledge and expertise while demonstrating techniques and recipes for all to enjoy. Mark combines his classical French culinary training with Asian and Southwestern influences to create a cuisine that is uniquely American and distinctly his own.
