Chef Mark Valentine’s update of three classic French dishes! Learn to create savory French Onion Soup, a rich Beef Burgundy, and a beautiful French Apple Tart. Take home the recipes and re-create this meal for family and friends. Mark’s classical training in France adds to the delight of this class. Cost: $50.00 each student Mark Valentine is a personal chef in the Metrowest area.
