Come get the scoop on making ice cream at home! This basic class will explain the difference between types of ice cream bases, different machines, mixing it up with mix-in’s + homemade cones! Jacqueline Dole is the owner of The Parlor Ice Cream Co., a small batch ice cream company based out of Boston that specializes in pop-up’s, restaurant wholesale + collaborations with Massachusetts based businesses. The Parlor offers curious combinations that push the boundaries of expected flavors, all while featuring the best ingredients New England has to offer. Previous to starting The Parlor, Jacqueline is a graduate of The Cambridge School of Culinary arts and was the Executive Pastry Chef at Mei Mei in Brookline before leaving to pursue a passion for ice cream.
