In this class, chef Cathy Walthers will demonstrate how to prepare seasonal, fresh-from the market fish. We’ll cover cooking techniques including searing and baking, as well as preparing fish for delicious codcakes. Among the dishes to be prepared are Fish Tacos with Salsa, Cilantro Sauce and Pickled Red Onions; and Fresh Cod Cakes with Lime Herb Sauce.
