Learn to make pickles. In this class we will explore making different types of pickles; Pickled onion, pickled cabbage, pickled carrots, pickled cucumbers, pickled beets. This class will cover quick pickles, refrigerator pickles, as well as fermented pickles. Call: 978-263-1955 to register Cost: $50.00 each student Julia has provided classes at Kitchen Outfitters for many years and is as passionate about learning and teaching as she is about food. Enthusiasm and interactivity are some of the ingredients Julia uses to produce a comfortable, fun evening of culinary exploration.
