Fermentation: A gift for the taste buds, digestion, and overall health. In this class we will be learning the basics of fermenting foods in manageable quantities. Sauerkraut making will be demonstrated. Homemade yogurt and it's many forms both savory and sweet will also be discussed and sampled. Registration required Please Call 978 263-1955 Cost: $40
