Learn how to make hand-stretched mozzarella at home. Heating milk, cutting curds, and stretching those curds into delicious mozzarella is at the tip of your fingers. Join us! Curious about the No-Knead Bread phenomenon? We will be baking a loaf and discussing technique while shaking up some fresh butter to spread on top. There is nothing better than warm bread, fresh churned butter and a slice of your own handmade cheese. This class will be partly hands on; just bring a new pair of dish gloves if you want to participate in hands-on stretching (participation not required).
