Asian culinary expert, Helen Chen, returns with a class devoted to tofu (bean curd). Originating in China, tofu is economical, low in fat and calories, rich in calcium and protein. Tofu is a healthy and excellent alternative protein source. You will be introduced to a variety of different forms of tofu - fresh, dried, pressed, fried, even fermented and frozen. Learn how to use these different forms of tofu in recipes that are healthy, easy and delicious.
