Finding ways to use tomatoes during summer’s short but abundant tomato season can be overwhelming. Our class will cover methods of preparing tomatoes for immediate use, as well as storing for future use. Think fresh salsa, sauces and spreads, roasted and frozen. We will sample fried green tomatoes, in addition to other tasty tomato snacks. Cost: $50.00 each student
