Learn how to prepare delicious, satisfying vegetarian dishes you can enjoy on Meatless Mondays and beyond. You’ll learn how to maximize flavors and nutritious ingredients and healthful cooking techniques of a plant-based diet. We’ll cover techniques for cooking tofu, tempeh and beans along with vegetables. Dishes will include Tofu Kung Pao with Broccoli, Carrots and Snap Peas; Tempeh in Orange Ginger Sauce with Sautéed Asian Greens.
