Build the Body. Heal the Mind. A free class for veterans of the US military. Tai Chi can help the body with it's unique mechanics, whole body integration, balance, circulation, breathing, and more. It helps the mind by reducing stress, building focus, and bringing balance. I focus in-depth on the physical movements and body mechanics of Tai Chi to help you improve your mobility, flexibility, and more. I believe Tai Chi can benefit your life as it has mine.
