About Us

With over twenty years experience in commercial real estate financial services, I have well established relationships with a variety of financing sources, e.g. private equity sources, correspondents, 'hard money', banks, niche lenders, etc. From these I can select the lender and type of loan best suited for the quality and type of property, urgency, and qualifications of the Borrower. Loan types include acquisition, rehab, refi, bridge, mezzanine, construction, debt plus equity, 'Fix and Flip', etc. Minimum loan amount $500,000; maximum $50 million. Property types include office, retail, student housing, multi-family, agricultural, light-industrial, micro-housing projects, investment 1-4 unit housing, assisted living facilities, etc. We are available to work together with your attorney or CPA.
