I think it depends on what I'm working with them on and how much I want to be involved in the process. Are you dependable? Will you call me back? Will you follow up? Will you follow through? If you do (or don't) do all these things, it really doesn't matter how large your company is. Perception...

Get reviews from your customers and let your performance speak for itself.

I believe you should use tools Google provides and Google will reward you. One option that can gain you visibility is using Google My Business. It is free. Google your business, "claim" your listing (they will verify via postcard, etc), fully complete your profile, then post regularly using Google posts (kind of like Facebook). Ask for reviews. Aim for at least 5. All this will help your company get more views.
Also use YouTube as another member suggested. Content will get you noticed.

He started as a flooring contractor back in the late 80's and realized there was a need for better product quality and consistency, so began manufacturing here in GA as the first to solely make MMA (methyl-methacrylate) flooring material, which cures to 100% solid within 1-hour after the last coat. He understands contractors as well as end-user clients and truly cares about workmanship and providing quality products.
