Cheap is a word used when talking about rental properties and frugal is a word used when talking about upper scale home projects in my experience. The meaning is the same but the budget usually is not. Is anyone being challenged by the labor shortage in construction? There is a lack of passion and interest to do physical work. Anyone else feeling this crunch?
