How We Got Started
Although we were doing inspections earlier, we actually created the company in 2007, during the Great Recession. It was tough starting a Home Inspection company during the slowest real estate market in recent history but we persisted. In 2010, when Home Inspector Licensing began, I knew at that point that the Home Inspection business could be a real business. At that point, we put money into the business and began creating processes which would allow us to be the best home inspection company in the area. Since then we have developed relationships with most of the local Real Estate Agents, Companies, and individuals, which in my opinion are some of the finest people anywhere. So today, we have grown from 2 to 3 home inspections per week to averaging anywhere from 10 to 20 home inspections a week. Several years ago I brought on a partner in the Business, Albert Gonzalez and we are currently looking for another great assoicate to help us grow even more.
