I only wish to state that Wells Fargo Bank. The bank I have dealt with for 30 years. Was no better than Chase.  They did not open up for receiving PPP applications until the first wave of money ran out.  Very disappointed with Wells Fargo.  I ended up getting my PPP loan from a small bank in New Jersey that I never heard of in the past.

I don’t use the big banks and have been very happy with Webster Bank which I’d a regional bank mostly in CT. They were a great help and got me approved in the beginning of the second round

I've had the same experience with Wells Fargo. It's like my application went into a black hole. When they finally requested more information, their request appeared to come from a computer system and not a human. It just asked for more information about my payroll. It gave no real information about what they specifically wanted. Later, I applied through Bluevine and the process has been a lot smoother and better documented, but I'm still waiting on my application to get processed.
With Wells Fargo’s history, are you really surprised?
