My market is parents and grandparents with little kids, sometimes people don't know that they can rent some baby gear, I spend hours and money advertising but is difficult.
Also, some hotels, rent cars, Airbnb's are difficult because they don't understand how we operated and they just told me that the corporated don't allow, but that is not true because we work with same hotels in other areas. We are 100% insured but sometimes people don't want to help other business.
