It really depends on the needs of the client. A lot of my clients pay me $XX-$XXX a month for hosting and I am on call for any updates. That includes hosting for email, SQL Server and the website. Some have large projects I work on only a few times a year and others I work on each week. But all pay me a monthly fee.

If you came to me for this service I would recommend purchasing the time in advance through a retainer. We offer retainer time that can be used for anything, when the time runs out you simply purchase more. You may not use all 10 hour or you may use more. I offer reduced rates for those who purchase retainer time too. It's definitely the best way to go when working with my team and I. If there is anything I can help you with let me know right away. I'm more than happy to offer you a free consultation and determine the best solution for your needs.

There are several ways, I have several teams who can do it from $150 and up. If it's simple weebly it can be as low as $50. If's a bit more complex it grows. If you want to use WordPress publisher then it's between $250/500 with all features price can be higher.

Positive: once the site is complete out we teach you how to maintain and administer it provided it is done in wix, weebly or WordPress and does not require programming skills

My shop has customized pricing depending on the needs of the client. We have the ability to work with the smallest of the small as well as the very large companies. Some companies won't work with small businesses and they sometimes get out of it by charging a high monthly rate even though the person may only need a 10 minute update every other week. We consider all jobs individually based on their specific needs.
