Partner up with companies in complementary industries. You would be surprised how many plumbers, roofers, general contractors, etc. have well-developed social media followings. If you can find a couple in your area that publish good content, it's easy to form a partnership and help amplify each other's content.

Hi Tracy - try So many visitors every day. They sell advertising spots on their neighborhood landing pages. I can put you in touch with the right person there if you want (I used to work there).

Social Media is the obvious answer...but what specific areas works best is the dilemma! I have found Instaram more powerful than Facebook which is becoming more passe... I think videos are really important as they reach a wider audience..and testimonials are great once you hook them in!

Instagram by far is a great place for making buyers aware of your homes. Targeting key hashtags is crucial to your engagement and growth strategy. I'd do some research on intent keywords and hashtags.

Building your ideal customer avatar is also important. Before you can continue with messaging and choosing the correct social media platform for your DEMO, you'll need to build your customers avatar.

I'd be happy to help with anything in the SM field as i've had Real Estate clients before.
