Don't waste your money. Too many agents have saturated this market . Go back to basics and work your center of influence and past clients. All we do is make these internet companies rich off our hard work

I totally agree. Talk to your neighbours, get to know your neighbours, pick a farm area and work it. When I started I picked a few streets and just went out and introduced myself and asked for their help. After about 50 doors, I met a lady that wanted to upsize but wanted to sell her house herself - so I found her a new home and then helped her with a few tips on how to sell her house. I made a friend and received quite a few referrals from her. Now, my business is basically 75% referrals and there rest from various sources i.e. networking organizations,... (more)

yes, I also agree with Cary. Let's all go back to the basics. I like talking to people face to face - of course so many will only want to do email but I still like the social interaction of personal contact. Good luck everyone!
