Don't waste your money. Too many agents have saturated this market . Go back to basics and work your center of influence and past clients. All we do is make these internet companies rich off our hard work

I totally agree. Talk to your neighbours, get to know your neighbours, pick a farm area and work it. When I started I picked a few streets and just went out and introduced myself and asked for their help. After about 50 doors, I met a lady that wanted to upsize but wanted to sell her house herself - so I found her a new home and then helped her with a few tips on how to sell her house. I made a friend and received quite a few referrals from her. Now, my business is basically 75% referrals and there rest from various sources i.e. networking organizations,... (more)

yes, I also agree with Cary. Let's all go back to the basics. I like talking to people face to face - of course so many will only want to do email but I still like the social interaction of personal contact. Good luck everyone!

have you looked into you can literally own your own direct mail business and use it to promote your realestate cool is that...your personal ad going into 10's of 1000's of homes free!!!! And you already have partners willing to advertise with you...roofers, mortgage, home inspections, titlecompanies, carpet cleaning, decking, remodelers..etc.
