Don't waste your money. Too many agents have saturated this market . Go back to basics and work your center of influence and past clients. All we do is make these internet companies rich off our hard work

I totally agree. Talk to your neighbours, get to know your neighbours, pick a farm area and work it. When I started I picked a few streets and just went out and introduced myself and asked for their help. After about 50 doors, I met a lady that wanted to upsize but wanted to sell her house herself - so I found her a new home and then helped her with a few tips on how to sell her house. Wow, just reading all the comments. There are many ways to get qualified leads. Referrals through keeping in touch with your sphere of influence definitely a huge way to reach success. However having been in online marketing for over 20 yrs before getting into real estate again I have found ways to get good leads through a few online methods. Getting leads always costs money because you need to capture the contact information. If you are html savvy you can do this through created forms to put in front of your ad campaign. Hi Holly. Technology to the rescue. If you have a robust website that sees lots of unique visitor traffic, you can use Site Visitor Attribution tags from Semcasting.
