You have a store front? Get a bunch of friends together and have them picket your business for a day, carrying signs that say something like "Your offers are unfair to your competition" etc.

In order to market successfully to someone, you have to know what motivates them. Why do your customers travel? Business? Leisure? Family? Let them know you understand their needs first, and then lead them to why they should choose your agency over other agencies or booking their trip themselves. If you have a specific niche, then play that up. One of my former coworkers started Menopausal Tours, marketing getaways specifically to women who were in their mid-forties and older.

We are just getting started with marketing items. Consider small trinkets with your name on them to give away. Have a social presence in 2 social media forums and be consistent with interesting posts. Looking into using Meetup or ways to meet people who love to travel to promote up coming trips / groups you have.
