Yes indeed! This is clearly a crime that needs to be met with the full force of the law. Your reputation is a business asset and this type of crime needs to be swiftly and seriously handled. In addition, take steps to monitor and manage this asset to avoid repeat.

its only one fool really so to me I won't focus on it much just don't give him or her any money. sometimes foolish people don't know what to do with there time. that's clearly a person looking for attention. In life there is always going to be one unfortunate soul or person that doesn't like something somewhere. if you are worried about forward the comments to google they will deal with stuff like that. if seems like threat or crime police will look into it. my honest words is don't one persons bad review destroy a whole company cause it can't I have seen bad... Respond to the negative review in a positive way and build more positive reviews so the negative ones get pushed down so they are not seen.
