Unless you pay for overnight delivery, it isn't guaranteed. While some USPS locations used to do it as routine many years ago, that is now luck as opposed to a service. In early 2015, new service standards went into effect ending overnight delivery of local first-class mail.

Same for overnight express services. You MAY get it delivered overnight if it is local to their sorting point, but don't count on it.
