My growth was slow until I brought others in to help. Like Monty said, do some networking but not just to receive referrals but to surround yourself with business owners who want to grow. Learn from them. I would also find a business mentor and possibly a marketing team to help you get things in order

It really depends on what type of business it is that you have. Like Derek said sometimes the best thing to do is bring someone else in to run the company. Look back over what you did this past year. What did you spend for marketing? Then look at the amount of leads that come in from each of those sources. The ones that did not bring any or non converting cut those out for this year and try something else with it.
