Quickbooks Intuit is a great tool to run a small business. Many of my merchants love the accounting and the extra tools it allows them to run a business. And I will say the Customer Service is pretty good as well.

I was thinking that since we do work daily directly with many many accounting firms and merchants directly that use Quickbooks that although I don't know of any better Accounting software on the market, there is one area that I do need to bring to your attention. I just love Intuit Quickbooks! As a Real Estate agent it makes it so easy to log my miles, bank transactions & other business related expenses. Also, it is all right there at my fingertips when I go to file my taxes & synced with my Turbo Tax account.

Since its original release, QuickBooks Online has improved drastically and is capable of employing Optical Character Recognition and other automation tools to streamline the bookkeeping process. Quick Books is great for ordinary accounting for most medium to small businesses, however, it does not allow you to customize your accounting for businesses like mine. Real Estate and Property Management is loaded with one time sales, tracking purchases made for a property, billed to the owner, paid from rents received. We have consulted many QB experts to try and figure this out. But the ease of learning the basics is second to none.
