How Many Times Should You Ask a Customer for a Review?

By Aubrey Holley · Posted on Saturday, September 9, 2017 · Tagged in Online Marketing

If you know the customer is extremely satisfied with your services because they have verbalized it many times, but have yet to put it in writing on BBB or Google, how many times should you ask them for a review? I always ask them when their invoice has been paid in full and I have made sure they are 100% satisfied. So, how many times and in what ways could I get some return on my review requests?

I never ask for a review unless I'm trying to get reviews started. If there Happy they will do it on there own

Never mind they will also call you back for more work to be done. Where the BBB is concerned, they have to do it, so usually when your done have it ready on your phone so they can... (more)

we also mail out a customer survey and send a stamped envelope with it, we seem to get a better response, with that method.
