Here's how you can post a job on Alignable for free:
Finding new employees is challenging and getting the word out about open positions can be an expensive proposition. As we work on a more elegant solution for you, I thought sharing some ideas we've learned from our members on how you can use existing Alignable functionality on to let your network and community know you're hiring.
Looking to get the word out about specific role
Have a time sensitive role to fill? There are two options for you.
- 1.Post it in your local forum! The forum is a great way to get visibility for a role you need filled. Try formatting it like the member did below, so people know what you are looking for at a glance.
- 2.Use our event / promotion posting functionality to add a short description of the position you're looking to fill. Note you can only post events with a duration of up to 30 days. Once you post, we'll let everyone in your network know immediately and it will also be shared with the community.
Ongoing Help Wanted
Have an ongoing need for staff? Use our featured product / service posting functionality to add a short description of the position you're looking to fill. This will add the listing to your profile as something you're featuring so you might want to only have one more generic posting here so it doesn't distract attention from the products and services you offer that you want people to know about.
