I am a full service real estate agent; I am a realtor, a mortgage broker and I have a title agent license. I, therefore, can help a buyer go smoothly from selecting a property, to financing it, and closing on it, explaining every step of the way.

Very impressive! Having Mortgage finance experience myself, I know full well the potential headaches of dealing with more than one party for the home buying or, refinancing process, being a "one stop shop" so to speak, is a God send. Should I come across anyone looking to buy a home, I will definitely send them your way!

If you are not, hands down, the marketer for your business, everything else is a collection of jobs that will eventually cause you to shut down. There is no one- bar none- more capable, more motivated and more passionate about your business than you.

Being the marketer is more critical than any other function. Without leads and sales, you don't have a business. Every other so called 'critical' talent can be obtained from others using the money you generated from sales.

There is no more critical talent. Period.
