If you want to keep your employees, then a good medical plan is absolutely necessary. There are a lot of good health plans available out there and you need a good agent that will spend the day at your office meeting each and every employee to find out what their health needs are. Some people won't need a rich plan but others may. Most companies pay 50% of the single rate so if they needs family members covered, then the employee pays that amount. Health insurance is age rated, so the older you are, the more you pay.

I will be glad to share a group health plan that is voluntary participation. It also is voluntary for employer contributions. Your business can be the agent and your agents can offer the plan to other organizations. The best benefit is that you and your agents can have a commission able product that can be offered in group as well as to individuals. Let me know if this is useful.
