Based on your experience, when is the best time to hold workshops over the weekend? What time and/or day works best for a good turnout?
The intention is to hold Transformation Workshops incorporating Nutrition+Fitness concepts at a bi-weekly frequency. These would be open to new potential clients (not just our existing ones). Each session could run for 1.5hr or a max of 2hrs. We have group fitness classes running through weeknights between 6pm-9pm at the studio, which leave us with just the weekends.
