Being that I am a huge fan of Jim Rohn, I love the article that he discusses "The Four Emotions That Can Lead To Life Change". And in that article he talks about

1. Disgust

2. Decision

3. Desire

4. Resolve

These stuck out to me most because whenever I am fellowshiping with my peers, I always tell them that if we can't control our emotions in our every day life, take the "E" off and what do you have? Exactly, you now have motion
