I've heard a lot of mixed opinions about Facebook ads. If you've tried them, but didn't get any results, I want to know what is your biggest struggle with Facebook ads?

Simply not knowing if I am utilizing that area correctly. I sign up for a promotion to get my page out there, but then I still get notifications from Facebook to boost my posts (something I thought the promotion was going to do) If one thing doesn't cover all, what is the best course of action etc.

Really good point, Melanie. I know a lot of people simple boost posts and then wait to see what happens - often the results are dismal.

I see you're a realtor. Do you blog at all? A blog is a good way to earn trust with your audience before asking for a sale.

Regardless of the platform you advertise on (FB included) your message is what counts. Your message must convey 'VALUE', must resonate with your prospects, solve their pain and motivate them to take action.. Your message needs to be so compelling that it could convince Eskimo's they need icecubes in the middle of winter... Most companies do not have the in house talent to get this right..

Secondly it needs to be seen consistenly.. Average of 6 to 12 times to leave a mark on the subconcious mind.. This is do a a phenomina called:
