When choosing a Managed Service Provider. Ask them what they are offering for services.

They should offer you the following at least

1) Managed Anti-Virus

Ask your potential consultant how they have handled security related mishaps in the past. There are many "fly by night" computer companies. Be sure to do some research on your choices; length of time in business, reviews and certifications like CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications are very important. Also, interview your choices to get a feel for how they run their business and if they can explain things to you in clear and understandable terms - not everyone is computer savvy, so it's important that your technician can explain things to you in layman's terms without seeming condescending.
