It is a great 'high' when I am able to call them and say 'I found It!'
And Know that I did.
LISTEN!! SEEK! FIND!
Recently I found myself with the need to secure a sale by paying to have the land cleared.
Reason: One of the buyers, who was supposed to do that, defaulted out of the agreement.
By doing this, the other buyer purchased the entire tract and my seller with a gigantic tax lien got his property...

Because I purposefully take only a few listings.
Sell them usually 98% of the time myself.
