Know your product!  LISTEN to your customers!

I truly don't know how many times over the many years that I have had mine thank me and tell me I was the Only Realtor that actually Listened when they told me what they Really Wanted/Needed and made it my Mission to find it.   Especially unique properties.

It is a great 'high' when I am able to call them and say 'I found It!'

And Know that I did.

LISTEN!! SEEK! FIND!
