Recently I found myself with the need to secure a sale by paying to have the land cleared.

Reason: One of the buyers, who was supposed to do that, defaulted out of the agreement.

By doing this, the other buyer purchased the entire tract and my seller with a gigantic tax lien got his property sold and lien paid off.
