Real estate today is far more complicated than it was in 1977..

My advice in today's world:

Hang your license with a company like Exit Horizons here in Las Cruces.  They have an excellent training program.

I suggest my grandson, Quayde Bradford as your in company mentor.  He is one of their top sales people and takes pride in working with his group to help them be the best that they can be.
