I didn’t set out to ‘start a company.’ I kept getting pulled into businesses where sales were slowing down, and nobody could explain why. Good people. Good products. But the system underneath was a mess — buried data, broken handoffs, habits that hid the truth.
So I started fixing those problems one company at a time… and the results came fast. Leaders would say, ‘I had no idea this was the real issue,’ and revenue would jump without hiring anyone new.
After seeing the same pattern in dozens of industries, I built Flawless Followup and later QonnectoR — tools designed to help companies capture the opportunities they were already sitting on. Not more leads. More clarity. More flow. More sales.
That’s really how this started. I just kept helping companies get the revenue they should already have… and it turned into the work I do today.
