Our Ideal Customer

- Parents of minor children who have not named legal guardians or put in place other legal documents such as wills, trusts, health care directives.

- Older folks or their kids who are worried about running out of money if they (or their spouse) become ill and require significant care.

- Parents of children with special needs who need to be able to have legal authority to continue to handle or help with their child's medical and financial decisions or to provide for them financially without disqualifying the child from government benefits to which the child may otherwise be entitled.
