I review and implement CAM reconciliation processes for small to medium commercial real estate firms. I analyze all operating expense invoices to thoroughly isolate discrepancies and non-recoverable expenses. In addition, I provide full property accounting cycle service including month-end close process as well as deliver monthly owners' reports for property management and respective investors.
How We Got Started
Following the loss of my permanent position during the downturn of the industry in 2011, I quickly obtained a contractual assignment to complete the 2010 CAM reconciliation for the Atlantic Station retail property in midtown Atlanta. I used the opportunity to further capitalize on providing this type of service and work for myself.
