Most of today's 20 year olds are either so focused on their now that they do not even consider their future, or they are so used to being bailed out by parents and others that they do not understand that one day they will not have those resources. I am not a fan of the word cheap. It tends to mean not up to par.   I prefer inexpensive but the reality is for a successful business you need both quality customer leads and good business contacts.  (more) I am not a fan of the word cheap. I ask questions like these: If you take this position how do you think you can expand on it? Do you prefer to be trained on just your position or do you prefer to understand everything the company does? Is getting in on time and out on time a high priority for you? When interviewing those... Do you prefer to be trained on just your position or do you prefer to understand everything the company does? Is getting in on time and out on time a high priority for you? When interviewing those that would be called millennials, make sure you find out if they have the ability to follow direction. I have found that many of them, although brilliant, are unable to follow directions always trying to "Make it their own"  and in many industries rules cannot be strayed from.
