I am an author, chef, recipe developer, voiceover artist, actress, singer, songwriter, keyboardist, music producer, mentor, comedian, comedy writer, who has blended my talents. I wrote and published a musical interactive e-cookbook with comedy stories and international cuisine. I create recipes and cook many cuisines. I play piano with creating and playing hundreds of instrument patterns for various instruments such as saxophone, bass, strings, flute, guitar, brass, and many other instruments. I produce full orchestrations and various genres of music. I write comedy and have done standup comedy for IHop where I performed and created a stage production for. I also performed for the Lori Landin Foundation. Music performances include: sang in a Wedding Band, sang with a band at Hank Lane Orchestra Event, Nells, Cafe Gianluca, Sound factory Bar, Hot 97 radio in person event I was opening act for a celebrity group, etc. I also do sound design, creating great blends of sounds for various instruments and add on sound effects too. I had music licensed at the Cannes Film Festival with Andy Shih, who co-wrote and produced one of my songs along with his co-writer that was licensed in 13 countries.

In addition, I am a well known vocalist, songwriter, music producer and I am on the radio a lot. I write smooth jazz, funk, dance, pop, film score music, etc. I also offer songwriter mentoring. Songs charted to number 1 on radio shows, 220,000 listeners in over 110 countries. I have been on radio shows from Galaxy Radio to WBLS, to CD 101.9 and countries France, Spain, South Africa, Netherlands, Japan, Panama, Italy, Brazil, Phillipines, Canada, UK, Austrailia, and radio stations in the US have added me to their playlists. I was accepted to the Conservatory of Music at Brooklyn College. I took some courses in theory, ear training, piano, and composition. I studied jazz improvisation, opera, and pop in private lesssons.
I worked with celebrity remixers who mixed music for famous artists and musicians.

I have been cooking at home since about the age of 15. Over time, I traveled to various countries and got to know a number of cuisines and cultures. I took cooking classes in Sicily and Tuscany. I have eaten at many restaurants in the US and internationally. Later, I began to try a multitude of ingredients in my house. The combinations led to flavorful dishes. I also did recipe development for RoboSouschef who handled over 600 meals in 1 hour and they offered their services to hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, etc.

I've been writing music and playing organ since age 9, later playing piano. I have been singing since age 10. I also had lead roles in high school plays so I have acting experience too.

I have been writing comedy since college and I took comedy improvisational courses and later had a role in a stage play.
