How We Got Started
I got into this business to sell my own home, and decided I like working with people and helping them do the same. Helping others to buy a home is very rewarding too, especially if they are new to Maui. No high pressure sales, just genuine desire to help others with their real estate needs.

Assuming WDIR means Wood Destroying Insect Report... I let the buyer choose, from a list of companies that have provided good service in the past. Sometimes a company will not be able to schedule the job and another company will have to be used instead.

Assuming WDIR means Wood Destroying Insect Report... I let the buyer choose, from a list of companies that have provided good service in the past. Sometimes a company will not be able to schedule the job and another company will have to be used instead.
In some cases with newer homes, a buyer may choose to not bother with the termite inspection since it's not so much an issue as with older homes.
I have found some companies are harder to reach and get a reply than others.
Some agents like to hold Open House as a way to meet potential buyers. This can be a good plan if the agent is able to engage with buyers who come without their own agent.
