We are always happy to look at pricing again to make sure we offered our best option. Sometimes we have to remind customers that "price" and "cost" are two different things. (more) We are always happy to look at pricing again to make sure we offered our best option. Sometimes we have to remind customers that "price" and "cost" are two different things. A cheap offering may cost the buyer more in the end. Quality issues, late ship dates, and poor product performance (in our case, tooling) could cost the buyer 2x the original quote, or more, if it comes from an unqualified vendor. So it's not uncommon for a higher price to cost you less. We hope they choose wisely.... or remember the pain when they did not.
