Member Benefits USA (MemBenUSA), is partnering with Legal Club to help customers/members Live Smarter, Better & Cyber Safer! We serve members of Residential Living Associations (HOA, Condos, POAs etc), Chambers of Commerce, Small Business Owners, Individuals, & Families, Police, and Volunteer Firefighters.

MemBenUSA has partnered with Legal Club to offer Discount and Free Legal Services, Tax Advice & Income Tax Preparation for as little as $12.00 per household per month. Identity Theft Protection is also available for an additional fee. Legal Club offers a national network of 20,000 credentialed attorneys operating in all 50 states and a panel of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) for both individuals and families. MemBenUSA is partnering with Legal Club to be able to offer these services to individuals, families and SMBs, previously, only available to groups.

The products and services that HOA Member Benefits promotes are considered discount plans not insurance products.

How We Got Started

Before moving to Florida permanently 13 years ago, we recognized the changing needs and desires of consumers could not be served by insurance products alone.
I'm Howard Silverstein, Founder & CEO of Member Benefits USA Inc. Previous to the establishment of Member Benefits USA, I was active in the insurance, employee benefits, HR , and payroll businesses for 30+ years. Member Benefits USA will only be selling discount non-insurance programs. Member Benefits USA has been in the planning stages for several years. Our partnership with Legal Club is our first discount service offering and very soon we'll be offering another product also available on a national basis through an innovator in their respective industry.

I'm not as informed as I'd like to be on this subject; but I think we should have an national open forum broadcast on all the mediums that wish to broadcast it. Represented should be the top 10-25  Television, Radio, Cable, Internet, media related etc. organizations. Or maybe for a start have... Represented should be the top 10-25  Television, Radio, Cable, Internet, media related etc. organizations. Or maybe for a start have Alignable put something out there like I suggested. We should try to keep the government, politics, and media  out of the control of the conversation, if possible.

I understand both sides of this issue and I need to refer back to the SARS outbreak in 2002-2004. We still lived in Buffalo, NY, but in Toronto, Canada less than 100 miles away  there was a huge outbreak. Nothing compared to what we are experiencing today, but nonetheless it was something me and... (more) I understand both sides of this issue and I need to refer back to the SARS outbreak in 2002-2004. We still lived in Buffalo, NY, but in Toronto, Canada less than 100 miles away  there was a huge outbreak. Nothing compared to what we are experiencing today, but nonetheless it was something me and my wife hadn't experienced before. All we know is we had to wash our hands again, again and again, use disinfectants and pray we were doing the right thing. Thousand of people crossed the borders from Canada to Buffalo everyday; but everyone we knew just followed the guidelines and did the best we could. In Canada there were something like 500 cases and 50 deaths and just like today we didn't know how it would spread and what we could do to prevent catching this disease.  Well as we all know this is a bit crazier than that relatively small outbreak, but worrisome nonetheless. If you think about it the average life expectancy in the United States is about 78.5 years. And yes there have been a lot ofmistakes or judgements  from the so called experts about what is effective or not. Well I sort of look at  it this way. If we wear masks and social distance for a total of 8 months in our entire life (many of us have quaranteened for 2-3 months already); then is it worth it to save your life and the lives of your friends, immediate families, neighbors, clergy, doctors, fellow workers etc. to spend less than 1% of your entire life to save another life?

Most importantly we're trying to keep the business we currently have. In doing so, we are inviting our customers (and prospects) to as many webinars as our vendors offer. I also am making myself available 7 days a week atleast 12 hours a day. I don't have Calendly setup that way, but I make it... (more) Most importantly we're trying to keep the business we currently have. In doing so, we are inviting our customers (and prospects) to as many webinars as our vendors offer. I also am making myself available 7 days a week atleast 12 hours a day. I don't have Calendly setup that way, but I make it known to my customers that they can almost call anytime. I'm sending more newsletters and reprints of interesting articles. I'm trying to listen better and really hear what our customer's new challenges are. To help many of our customers thru this very difficult time, we've partnered with Solvo Global (Solvo), that delivers bilingual, MBA / university grads,and time zone specific labor to optimize our customers workforce at a significant cost savings.
